Malty flavors and aromas, toffee candy and caramel. A concentrate of caramelized malts that can be used in your own beer recipe.

A proven English brewer's yeast, selected for its rapid fermentation character and its ability to form a very compact sediment at the end of fermentation, helping to improve the clarity of the beer.

Final severity: Medium
Recommended fermentation temperature: between 15°C and 24°C

Traditionally used in: Lager and Bitter.
Pronounced but pleasant taste, mainly a bitter hop.
Distinctive Australian features of herbs, pine and spice notes.

Une superbe bière. J'ai vraiment retrouvé le goût de l'originale Speight's d'origine NZ. Une réussite pour ce brassage. Un léger goût de caramel, longue en bouche alcoolisé comme il faut en y ajoutant 300 gr de dextrose. Une robe ambrée magnifique. J'annonce un 10/10
