In this recipe pack, all the necessary ingredients for the production of 23 liters of pale lager type lager.

CONTENTS OF THE PACK:
1 x Morgan's Premium Blue Mountain Lager (1.7kg)
2 x Morgan's Light Dry Malt (500g)
1 x Morgan's Hallertau Finishing Hops (12g)
1 x Morgan's European Lager Yeast (15g)
1 x Morgan's Carbonation Drops (250g)

FEATURES:
ABV (% vol.) : 4.7
Beer style: Pale Lager
Type of hopping: Infusion (at the beginning of the recipe)

NB: this recipe requires 250g of Dextrose.
Remember to add 1kg of Morgan's Dextrose to your order.

A refreshing Pale Lager with a pleasant bunch of hops (includes a 7g sachet of yeast under the lid).

EBC: 7.4 (for 23 liters)

1 x Morgan's Premium Blue Mountain Lager (1.7kg)

Morgan's Light Dry Malt enhances the maltiness, top note retention and flavour of all beers.
Morgan's Light Dry Malt is produced from malted barley.

Follow the usual instructions in your beer kit.

Ingredients: 100% light dry malt

CONTENT:
1 x Morgan's Light Dry Malt (500g)

A famous variety of Weihenstephan in Germany. It is one of the most popular yeasts used in the global brewing industry.

Sedimentation: High
Final severity: Medium

Recommended fermentation temperature: between 9°C and 15°C, ideally 12°C

CONTENT:
1 x Morgan's European Lager Yeast (15g)

Traditionally used in: Lager and Pilsner.

Soft, pleasant, slightly flowery. Subtle nuances, perfect for sweeter flavored beers.

Alpha: 4% - 5%

CONTENT:
1 x Morgan's Finishing Hops Hallertau (12g)

For a perfect dosage every time.


Morgan's carbonation drops allow the gasification of your bottled beer.
Use instead of white sugar.
They are easy to use, easy to handle and easy to dissolve.

Dosage instructions :
375 ml = 1 drop
750 ml = 2 drops
