Description

Dark amber color with a red tint. Aroma of black fruits, plums, raisins and very subtle notes of anise, pleasant and earthy.
Initial flavors of sweet fruits, with a pronounced bitterness that disappears gently to leave a good fruity aftertaste.
Allows to make 23 liters and includes a sachet of yeast.

ABV: 4.2%
IBU: 26-34
