Once the delivery has been made, you can return goods to us under certain conditions (see the "Return" section of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)).

To do this, you must make the request via the History and details of your orders section of your account, then click on "Details", check the product(s) to be returned, enter the reason for return and finally click on "Return a product".
Your application will then be considered and will either be accepted or refused.
