  • 1.2kg of pure liquid malt extract light Mangrove Jack's (or other of your choice)
  • OR 1kg of Morgan's Dextrose

Brassée avec du sucre ordinaire et boycott de l\'édulcorant chimique fourni, au final très bonne bière \"dry\" au gingembre. Si on préfère une saveur plus sucrée je conseille d\'ajouter un sirop naturel au moment de servir (plutôt très frais).
