MOJITO TWIST

Are you a mojito lover? Shake it (literally) by adding "Lemon & Lime Splash" Hard Seltzer" to a classic mojito cocktail to give it a refreshing and sparkling touch.

Ingredients for: 1 person

45 ml white rum
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 fresh lime cut into four quarters
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup ice cubes
120 ml Lemon & Lime Splash Hard Seltzer

Method:

Add three lime wedges, 8 mint leaves and sugar to a large glass.
Use a pestle to crush lime, mint and sugar together.
Once crushed, fill the glass with ice and pour over the rum.
Fill the rest of the glass with "Lemon & Lime Splash" Hard Seltzer" and stir with a long spoon.
Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
Serve and enjoy!
