A very aromatic golden yellow beer with a beautiful mousse and notes of vanilla. A classic Weizenbier clear and bright before refreshment, then slightly cloudy but golden (includes a 7g sachet of yeast under the lid).

A whole wheat flavor and aroma. This is a concentrate of wheat malts that can be used in your own beer recipe.

A German brewer's yeast selected for its ability to form a beautiful foam during fermentation. Suitable for high fermentation beers with low ester content and can be used for Belgian type wheat beers.

Final severity: Low
Recommended fermentation temperature: between 15°C and 24°C

Traditionally used in: Lager and Pilsner.
Soft, pleasant, slightly flowery. Subtle nuances, perfect for sweeter flavored beers.
