LalBrew® Munich Classic is a Bavarian wheat brewer's yeast variety that can easily express the spicy aromatic profile and ester typical of German wheat beer styles. This variety is simple to use on a wide range of variations in recipes and fermentation conditions, making it an excellent choice for a number of traditional styles of wheat beer. A true yeast of superior culture, LalBrew® Munich Classic yeast can be skimmed from the top of classic open fermentation tanks in the traditional way. Styles brewed with LalBrew® Munich Classic include but are not limited to Weizen/Weissbier, Dunkelweizen and Weizenbock. Produces typical flavors of banana and cloves.
