    Description

    A low fermentation yeast suitable for most styles of lager beer. Promotes less sulfur production than other lager strains as well as a more complete and rounded malt character with well-highlighted hop flavors.

    Suitable for many European-style beers including Lagers, Pilsners, Helles, Munich Dunkel, Rauchbier and more.

    For best results, ferment between 8 and 14 °C.
