LalBrew® New England™ is a strain specially selected for its ability to produce a unique profile of fruity esters desired in the styles of Ales of the American East Coast. Typical fermentation with LalBrew® New England™ will produce tropical and fruity esters, including stone fruits such as peach. Through the synthesis of the enzyme β-glucosidase, LalBrew® New England™ can enhance biotransformation and enhance hop flavors and aromas. LalBrew® New England™ has medium to high attenuation and medium flocculation, making it perfect for US East Coast style beers like NEIPA.
