Still Spirits Alembic Dome Pot Condenser

Allows your Still Spirits T500 to concentrate flavors during distillation.
This can be used when distilling musts containing flavors that the user wants to collect. For example, wine to make brandy, malt purees to make whiskies or bourbons, molasses purees to make rum, etc.
This can be used in place of the stainless steel cover of the Still Spirits T500 Boiler. The large copper surface of the top of the still acts as a catalyst with the steam in the still and helps to enhance and concentrate flavors and aromas as well as eliminate unwanted sulfur compounds. This produces a spirit with a sweeter, richer and sweeter taste.
