Morgan's Ginger Beer (1kg)

Morgan's Ginger Beer is a ginger beer.

Formulated with a perfect balance between malted grains and ginger, this original recipe from Morgan's is a great summer drink. Serve in a large glass filled with ice or mixed with brown rum and a slice of lime on ice.

This ginger beer kit can be used to make 20 liters in non-alcoholic version (0% alcohol) or alcoholic version (approximately 3% alcohol).

1 x Morgan's Ginger Beer (1kg)
1 x Yeast

NB: in alcoholic version, this recipe requires 1kg of Dextrose, and for bottling 1 sachet of Carbonation Drops (standard dosage).
Remember to add to your order 1kg of Morgan's Dextrose and 1 sachet of Morgan's Carbonation Drops (250g).

In non-alcoholic version, you will only need 115g of white semolina sugar (not provided).
