Lallemand Verdant IPA Ale Yeast (11g)

LalBrew® Verdant IPA™ has been specially selected with Verdant Brewing Co. (UK) for its ability to produce hoppy and malted beers. Marked notes of apricot and more subtle notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits complete the aromas of hops. With medium to high attenuation, LalBrew® Verdant IPA™ leaves a soft and balanced malted profile with slightly more body than any other American strain of API. This versatile strain is particularly suitable for styles such as NEIPA, English IPA, American Pale, English Bitter, Sweet Stout and sour beers.

Sedimentation : medium to high
Alcohol tolerance: 10%
Fermentation temperature: between 18°C and 23°C
