Une belle bière de robe assez ambrée, j'ai atteint une densité finale de 1016 après 9j de fermentation à 22° Je constate une amertume un peu parasite sur le goût final après 12 jours de refermentation en bouteille, je pense qu'il faut attendre un peu la maturation de la bière pour que les levures réabsorbent une partie de cette amertume, mais elle est déjà très agréable à boire, c'est un détail ;)
