A whole wheat flavor and aroma. This is a concentrate of wheat malts that can be used in your own beer recipe.

EBC: 3.9 (for 23 liters)

1 x Morgan's Master Malt Wheat (1.5kg)

An American yeast that produces well-balanced beers with a low diacetyl content and a beautiful finish in the mouth.

Sedimentation: Low to medium
Final severity: Medium

Recommended fermentation temperature: between 15°C and 24°C

1 x Morgan's American Ale Yeast (15g)

Traditionally used in: Pale Ale, XPA and IPA.

Floral, citrus and grapefruit aromas.

Alpha: 4.5% - 7%

1 x Morgan's Finishing Hops Cascade (12g)

Suitable for: Pale Ale, XPA and IPA.

Aromas of passion fruit and citrus fruits.

Use instead of white sugar.
