Morgan's Crown Lager Style

Morgan's Ultra Blend promotes a creamier head, improves the mouthfeel, body and malt flavor of your beers. Specifically made from fermenticible and non-fermentable sugars.

Follow the usual instructions in your beer kit and use standard white sugar instead.

Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, light dry malt

Originally from Berlin. Low fermentation to produce light ester notes.

Sedimentation: High
Final severity: Medium

Recommended fermentation temperature: between 9°C and 15°C, ideally 12°C

1 x Morgan's Premium Lager Yeast (15g)

Traditionally used in: Lager and Bitter.

Pronounced but pleasant taste, mainly a bitter hop.
Distinctive Australian features of herbs, pine and spice notes.

Alpha: 5% - 11%

CONTENT:
1 x Morgan's Finishing Hops Pride of Ringwood (12g)

For a perfect dosage every time.

Morgan's carbonation drops allow the gasification of your bottled beer.
Use instead of white sugar.
They are easy to use, easy to handle and easy to dissolve.

Dosage instructions :
375 ml = 1 drop
750 ml = 2 drops
