    Description

    A strain with high ester production conferring fresh floral esters, especially when cold fermented.
    This yeast has a high tolerance to alcohol and ferments well over a wide temperature range.

    Suitable for all styles of mead.

    Mitigation: very high (95 - 100%)
    Sedimentation: High

    For best results, ferment between 15 and 30 °C.
